At Hummingbird Group Care, we offer programs that provide intensive behavioural support to both youth and adults in a comfortable small home environment. Each home accommodates a maximum of four residents, ensuring a personalized and intimate setting. We prioritize the well-being of our residents by maintaining a high resident-to-staff ratio and having a Board-Certified Behavior Therapist available. Our Community Homes are designed to foster strong teamwork among our professional care staff. Each home has a dedicated full-time onsite manager who is deeply involved in the program. This ensures that our staff receives continuous support, guidance, and collaboration with industry partners, resulting in the delivery of excellent care. We are committed to promoting social inclusion by actively encouraging individuals to participate in their local community through various means such as volunteering, employment, and joining local sports teams. Our focus is on empowering our clients to live independent lives or reside with others, while also providing them with the necessary daily support. We prioritize their autonomy in making informed choices regarding their care plans, goals, and aspirations.
